Divorce seemed to be an option for any marriage that was not working as it was shown to Ronda at childhood. When Terome and Ronda faced trials and tribulations in their own marriage; they prayed together and found resolutions to strengthen their marriage and now help others search out a way in their marriages to make it work, showing them that God has truly ordained marriage to be a lifetime committment to each other. It takes both husband and wife in the marriage to make it work and be successful. Terome and Ronda now have a committment to the community to give them the resources to build on their marriage relationships for those that want it for themselves.

Terome and Ronda have a desired passion to strengthen families and advocating for life-long visions for marriages, fatherhood involvement and youth intervention giving and sustaining their hope and securing their well-being.

While embracing diversity throughout their community, Terome and Ronda's approach to strengthen families is to meet their needs through marriage and family education, collaboration, mobilization and a strategic community network system that has documented and proven success.
